Vinyasa Yoga

This class is more aerobic style class that improves strength and endurance. In this class, the poses are linked together with the breath. There is much more fluid movement involved and thus, the pace in the class is quicker.

Hatha Yoga:

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Yoga for All

Yoga for beginners’ class! The perfect class for students who are brand new to yoga, students who have had minimal yoga experience, and students who took yoga a long time ago.

The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence.

Yoga Flow

Designed to revitalize the body, relax the mind and reduce stress, this slow-moving Yoga class synchronizes movement with breath for the perfect mind and body connection. This class is great for beginners and for those who are mainly looking for slow movements, supported movements, and emphasis on breath work. The perfect class to relax away the workday or work week.
