“Best Way To Stay Healthy Is To Stay Active”

Even if you just get out for a walk a few times a week, exercise is important in your daily routine to stay fit and healthy according to the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. But when your stuck home during a pandemic that’s even harder. Participate in our streaming yoga classes to help your mind, and calm your sense, or participate in our cardiovascular exercises to help to strengthen the heart and lungs. Strength training helps to strengthen the muscles and stretching helps to reduce the risk of injury by increasing flexibility, while helping limit other health issues.[/vc_cta]

“Prepping for Your Class”

  • Class Schedule: 8:30AM (Yoga), 5:30PM (Variety of Fitness Classes)

  • Class Length: 50-60 Minutes

  • What Do You Need

    • Quiet space at home to roll out a mat
    • Yoga or a fitness mat
    • Ipad, Computer, iPhone/Android Phone
    • Zoom App (Android/iOS)
    • Light weights (Optional)
    • Internet Access
    • Spotiy Music Playlist:Click-> Yoga
    • Spotify Music Playlist: Click ->Cardio Fitness
    • Spotify Music Playlist: Click ->Mat Pilates
