Evolve and Yoga support Healthy Contributions and Renew Active by offering complimentary fitness classes throughout the week. If you are a member of Healthy Contribution, SilverSneakers, or Renew Active and would like to set up an account to start taking classes, please complete the form below. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive the information needed to begin participating. Eligible classes are offered every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
