At Evolve our Group Fitness programs balance communal support with the benefit of individual instruction. This allows you to improve your endurance, flexibility, and agility under the watchful eye of our skilled Group Fitness instructors while having the support of other clients, and friends.

Our facility is located at the Harlem Foster Shopping center between Planet Fitness and Orielly Auto Parts, provides easy access to parking, major roads, and features a clean, bright spacious fitness studio. One of the only dedicated group fitness studios in the neighborhood, we offer classes for all fitness levels and age groups.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your core, take your cardiovascular routine to the next level, or just meet some like-minded fitness folk, our Group Fitness instructors will keep you focused on achieving goals, getting in shape, laughing and having a good time. When you leave, if you’re smiling we’ve done our job.

Our class schedule, made up of over 40 classes every week, features everything from low impact to high impact workouts, from yoga to kickboxing, from dance to Bootcamp. We are constantly tailoring our schedule to meet our members’ needs and would love to hear feedback on what interests our members.

The Evolve Yoga & Fitness team wants to ensure we are the right fit for your health & fitness routine. We offer all new clients a (New Client Special) one week of unlimited classes to experience all we have to offer, and a chance to meet all our wonderful instructors for $25.00
