Your agreement between Evolve Yoga & Fitness LLC 7252 W Foster Avenue was to purchase a 3-month Membership from Evolve Yoga & Fitness according to the terms of this Membership Agreement and the current Membership Policies and Gym Rules and Regulations. After the 3-month commitment, the contract will be renewed but is cancellable anytime with 7 days advanced notice. You are also able to pause your contract if needed.
