Group Fitness Classes
Evolve Yoga programs are designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. We provide a wide variety of classes that provide variety and excitement to those looking to evolve their workouts. Our studio is 825 square feet, the perfect size for class groups ranging from 6- 20 members at a time. This allows ample time for effective and personalized coaching from our wonderful instructors. We focus on making fitness fun and exciting.
Our Cardio Fitness classes are fast-paced and ensure you burn a sweat. Our high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
An experienced fitness instructor leads our cardio fitness classes by demonstrating choreographed movements set to fast-paced music.
Our classes incorporate a warmup and cool down as well as both dynamic and static stretching. Often, there is a brief segment specifically for core exercises like crunches and planking. Typical classes run from 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the member’s fitness level.
