Cait Shea

Cait has been loving and avidly practicing yoga since 2013. The practice came to her in a time of vulnerability, and she has been chasing that feeling of openness since. As a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, Cait is interested in bringing students a sense of grounding and introspection, while emphasizing the importance of building strength to foster healthy flexibility. She believes that yoga should help you discover and awaken your body, not force it to submit to painful postures. In her class, blocks, bolsters, and straps aren’t necessities but friends to comfort you along the way. Through her instruction, she most desires to help students find tools that best help them stay soft, vulnerable, and surrender to the mystery of life. Off the mat, Cait is a Registered Nurse and enjoys baking, writing, reading, biking, and lounging with her two cats.”
