If you are unable to come in-person, a tele-nutrition visit can give you the opportunity to reach your nutrition goals wherever it is most convenient for you. We can conduct a thorough nutrition consultation and help develop a nutrition plan with regular follow ups. A tele-nutrition appointment is just like a regular appointment where you will be meeting with your provider online and through live video chat.Â

Angelica Casado (MS, RD)
Angelica Casado is a Registered Dietitian with her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Angelica believes that long term health is achieved through pairing sustainable dietary practices with enjoyable forms of movement. Her goal is to educate individuals on how to achieve their goals while still enjoying the foods that they love, as she believes food is much more than fuel — it brings people together. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

If you would like personalized advice, or you want to know how many calories or what types of foods are best for you, Registered Dietitians (RD) are health professionals who can physically assess you and your needs. In the United States, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has a referral service to registered dietitians. At Evolve we have two Registered Dietitian on staff to support these services.
Our Nutrition consultations and meetings are 30 minutes long. A client can purchase a single consultation or a discounted package. A single session is $45, a package of 4 sessions and a complimentary consultation is $150
Once you request an appointment, a Registered Dietitian will contact you. Upon being contacted, your Dietitian will provide several meeting time and date options. Once the date and time are agreed upon, you will receive a confirmation email, this email will contain the date, time, and a link for payment. Payment will need to be submitted prior to your confirmed meeting date and time.
