C-19 Policies

FACE COVERINGS AND VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED
FOR EVERYONE.
As of 1/3/22, proof of vaccination and face coverings are mandatory to enter all indoor public spaces per the city of Chicago mandate.

Check back often for updates.

The safety of our staff, members, and guests is what’s most important. Evolve Yoga & Fitness has always been dedicated to delivering a clean facility for members and guests to confidently workout. Like all of you, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 crisis. We know that every decision we make as a business can have a larger impact on the community and we are doing our best to make cautious and considerate decisions to go above and beyond CDC and local guidelines.

We are proud of everyone for following the guidelines and the advanced measures we’ve put in place so we can continue providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our members and staff.

Finally, the key to this whole thing is cooperation and honesty. If we together adjust patiently and adhere to the operational requirements and be honest with our COVID-19 health assessments, we will have done everything we can do to make your experience as good as it can be and keep all of us who come to the facility as healthy and safe as is possible.

Thank you, Everyone! We hope to see you soon!
