Personal Training Services.

Private Class

A private Yoga or Fitness classes allows a private instructor to personalize your exercise plan to address specific needs, something which is not possible in group classes.

Semi Private Session

Share your private session with one other person, and save. Semi-Private sessions are limited to two individuals max.

Senior Fitness Classes

Receive personalized attention to increase your  activity level at your pace. This includes resistance training, or Yoga classes.

Personal Resistance Training

The gym can be intimidating. Working with a trainer allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own. Even better, an ego boost during exercise can promote stronger self-confidence and self-efficacy, which can help you stick with your exercise program over the long term.

Personal Training Services: Workout On Your Schedule & Terms

Personal Training Services allows you not to worry about working out in a large fitness facility, social distancing, or have specific fitness goals? Maybe you can only workout specific times during the day. Whatever the reason, our semi-private and private lessons may be a great choice to help you stay safe while continuing your wellness regimen on your own schedule & terms.

Personal Training Services

Our Personal Trainers guide clients interested in weight loss, muscle building and increasing their fitness levels on the appropriate modes of action. Our trainers work with clients to create individualized plans for achieving their fitness goals. Personal trainers lead clients through exercise routines while offering words of encouragement during training sessions.

Semi-Private Training:

These semi-private classes are 60 minutes long and geared towards groups of 3 or fewer individuals that may know each other, family members, or individuals who’ve been socially distancing together. Semi-Private lessons can be in: Yoga, Barre, Resistance Training, Bootcamp. Participants are spaced 8-10 feet apart and will work with the instructor to find a time that works best for the clients.

  1. Complete “The Getting Started Form”
  2. Request your First Session through the scheduler
  3. Prior to your Primary assessment and workout complete the forms below: 
  4. At your Primary Consultation  appointment you will: Set Goals, Schedule, and determine best package options, and complete a 30 minute workout
  5. Prior to your first session you will be assigned a trainer, and personalized workout plan will be created for you.
