1 hour session

The basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Classes vary by instructors.

Cardio-fitness

45 minute session
Interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

mat pilates

1 hour session
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. … Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

Spin

1 hour session

High-energy workout designed to challenge your endurance, build strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness. This class combines powerful intervals, resistance-based hill climbs, and exhilarating sprints to simulate the feel of outdoor cycling—all in the comfort of our studio.

senior fitness

45 minute session
Our Senior Fitness classes are designed to be low-impact to prevent injury while also increasing muscle strength and energy levels. Classes range from relaxing yoga to cardio aerobics to strength training using medicine balls, handheld weights, and resistance bands.

zumba

1 hour session
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Personal training

1 hour session
A personal trainer works one-on-one with a client to develop and implement a fitness training regimen that helps them lose weight, get stronger, improve physical performance or maintain their health. Trainers introduce clients to individualized exercises that are based upon their personal goals, skill level and needs.

nutritional planning

45 minute session
A nutritionist is an expert in the field of food and nutrition. They advise people on what to eat in order to lead a healthy lifestyle or achieve a specific health-related goal. They work in many settings, including hospitals, cafeterias, nursing homes, and schools. Some are self-employed with their own practice.

family yoga

1 hour session

Family Yoga helps children and parents: become stronger, more flexible, develop coordination, balance and motor skills. Relaxation techniques, deeper focus, and concentration will be experienced by all and aid with becoming more grounded and peaceful together.
