Our facility is located at 7252 West. Foster Ave in the Harlem Foster Shopping center between Planet Fitness and O’rielly Auto Parts. We provide easy access to parking, major roads, and features a clean, bright spacious fitness studio. One of the only dedicated group fitness studios in the neighborhood, we offer classes for all fitness levels and age groups.

our Facility
Our Evolve studio offers a spacious, bright, and clean space for our fitness classes and a calming space for non-heated yoga flow classes.
Studio Etiquette is important to everyone.
- Come to class 10-15 minutes early, bring your yoga mat, and if you prefer, bring a water bottle and towel.
- Go easy on fragrances to be considerate of others.
- Respect our community by being on time and entering quietly into the Yoga Studio if you arrive after class starts.
- Let your yoga teacher know before class begins if you have an injury or any special needs.
- Leave your shoes, cell phone and personal belongings in the lockers, and shoe cubbies in the Lobby.
- Observe, in silence, the final savasana at the end of each class.
- Spend time in the Lobby before and after class getting to know all of the amazing clients, staff and instructors at Evolve
OUTDOOR Space
Evolve has partnered with the Norridge Park District to offer outdoor classes.
Currently all classes must adhere to ILDPH social distancing guidelines.
- Participants must bring own mat, towel, and water
- Participants must be spaced 6-10 feet apart
- All classes will be limited to 10 Participants
- All participants must register ahead of time, no walk-ups
- Norridge Residents, and non-evolve members must register through Norridge Park district website.
- Evolve members/clients use the Evolve Mindbody App
