Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as: Heart disease.
Regular physical activity helps develop your child’s fundamental movement skills (i.e. physical literacy). In addition to helping maintain a healthy body weight physical activity can help build healthy bones, muscles, heart and lungs. Physical activity also helps your child keep a healthy body weight.
Our Class Consist:
– 15 Minutes ( Cardio: Outdoor Run)
– 15 Minutes ( Weight Training/Yoga )
-20 Minutes (Fitness Game: Tag, Dodgeball, etc)
